Hello everybody.

My friends (specifically Lectro and Natsuki) have been nagging me for months to join deviant, and I finally did!

I'm mostly a writer, but I do draw. Lately I haven't had time because my drawings/paintings/whatevers take a lot of time and a lot of concentration. Sometimes my doodlings in class are okay, but they're not public-worthy.

So y'all will be seeing a lot of poetry. I write too much of it.

BUT. I'm currently working on writing a novel. I got my inspiration from my trip to Mexico. Imagine, right? After nine or eight years of being there, I only get it now. What can I say, I'm strange.

So...

Onto real ramblings!

I arrived from Mexico last week and it was AMAZING. We went to the Riviera Maya, and there I went jet skiing and banana boat riding. Unfortunately, we didn't get to go on the catamaran, which is my absolute favorite water riding thing. Oh well. We're (my family) going to Mexico again during Winter Break, so we'll go on the catamaran there.

This week was so busy I was afraid I was going to die by Friday. Luckily, my prayers were answered with a beautiful coat of snow dropping all around my living area. Yep, you guessed it, SNOW DAY!

I relaxed today, and well, did some stuff. I mostly talked the phone, went on the computer, watched TV, and did some stomach exercises. Oh, I also practiced some songs and lines for my play/choral recital.

Speaking of which, I forgot to mention! I'm in the play "Grease", but I didn't get such a great part this time. I'm Carmen Casino and the cheerleader Chrissy. Carmen Casino is supposedly the all-amazing pop star of Grease-time. That basically means I have a lot of singing solos but not that much of an acting part. At least I get to act snobby and preppy as a cheerleader, right?

And in chorus, I got the female solo for "Seasons of Love", from Rent. I was SO SO SO happy when I got it! But I seriously need to work on it this weekend. The concert's on Wednesday, and I have dress rehearsals all of next week. n_n I'ma going to die!

I'll write more stuff tomorrow. Adieu to you all.
